Kayla Makenzie is a fine art print shop specializing in made-to-order artwork, where each piece is created with care once an order is placed. Our mission is to offer high-quality, custom prints that add beauty to your home or workspace.

By placing an order, you agree to accept these Terms and any additional terms and conditions that may apply to specific transactions.

2. Made-to-Order Products

All of our products are made to order. This means that once you place an order, we begin production of the piece(s) specifically for you. Please keep in mind that this process takes time, and production and delivery may take longer than typical in-stock products.

Estimated Processing and Shipping Times:

  • Processing Time: 7–14 business days

  • Shipping Time: 3–7 business days (depends on shipping method and destination)

Once your order is completed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. We are committed to providing you with the highest quality, and as such, custom orders are non-refundable.

3. Orders and Payment

By placing an order on our Site, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information for your purchase. You also agree to pay all charges, including shipping, applicable taxes, and any other fees that may apply.

We accept payments via major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and PayPal. Payments are processed securely, and your payment information will be handled with the utmost care and privacy.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Once your order is processed, it will be shipped to the address you provide during checkout. Shipping charges are calculated based on the destination and size of your order. We aim to ship all orders in a timely manner; however, please be aware that shipping times may vary depending on your location, external factors, and carrier delays.

Important Notes:

  • Orders are shipped via our preferred carriers, and we are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

  • International orders may be subject to additional customs duties, taxes, or fees. These costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Please double-check your shipping details before completing your order. We cannot be held responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses.

5. Returns & Exchanges

Because all of our items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or damaged during shipping. If your order is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package, providing photos of the damage, and we will work with you to resolve the issue by issuing a replacement or refund.

Please note: We do not accept returns for any other reason. We highly encourage you to review your order before completing the purchase to ensure everything is accurate.

6. Order Cancellations

Once an order is placed, it enters our production queue and cannot be canceled or modified. We work hard to fulfill your order as quickly as possible, and once the production process begins, changes are no longer feasible. Please double-check your order before submitting it to ensure all details are correct.

All artwork on the Kayla Makenzie website is protected by copyright law. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased artwork for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any of the artwork without express written permission from Kayla Makenzie.

By using our Site and purchasing our products, you agree that Kayla Makenzie shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or services. Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the specific product or service in question.
